This is the 4th time I have used Ken’s. Every time I have not only been impressed, but relaxed and taken care of. Not the typical experience you get while moving. This last and most recent time (today 5/4/21) I helped plan arrangements to move my mother from her 4 bedroom home that she has lived in for the last 22 years into a newly built/1 floor/2 bedroom condominium. It meant so much to me from beginning to end, with all the plans with Ken and his crew (Mitch, Lorenzo, & another awesome guy but I forget his name!) how compassionate, caring, concerned, efficient, and effective everything was. I cannot express how truly grateful I felt with something that is so important to me. My mom! And her excitement and stress-free start to this new chapter in her life!! My recommendation cannot come highly enough. THANK YOU KENS NEAT MOVING. Will rest knowing my mother is all settled in her brand new home. ❤️

We used them for a recent move within Rochester and they were nothing better than amazing. We could truly feel that they cared about our move and out budget too. They arrived on time, started work ASAP and were very quick and efficient. Out move was finished in a timely fashion and they took a lot of care of out furniture. We would recommend this moving company to anyone who does not want to haggle with moving companies trying to work longer so they can get more money or who do not arrive on time and you always have to keep calling them to get ahold of them.

Ken’s Near Moving were the best. I had to move and was going down the list of mega big moving corporations and since I do a lot of driving arround town I see KNM all over the place. Had them goto storage then to my new place and they were very accommodating. They gave me an honest assessment and got me the turnkey move asked of them!

I went with Ken's Neat Moving & Storage company for my move approximately 360 miles away. While the price was not cheap, I believe it was reasonable for the level of professionalism and care taken to complete the job. The truck arrived on time for pickup and delivery the next day. The crew was well organized and prompt. My furniture and belongings all arrived in their original manner with no damages or issues. Ken's team went above and beyond to work out some minor snags that we encountered at the new location. I would recommend their services for anyone looking for a trustworthy crew to get the job done!

Great experience! I had 3 guys...shout out to Mitch, Rich, & Matt! They were friendly,cooperative, prepared and professional. No matter how stressed I was, or what I asked them to do, they were patient and kind. Moving is usually the WORST, and they made it the BEST!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Fantastic experience with these guys. They are extremely efficient while also taking great care of our things. They loaded the truck up so fast and smooth, treated our property with respect and care. Detail oriented while unpacking to make sure everything was in the correct place. The guys also had such a great attitude, and were really pleasant to be around! All of our stuff made it safely, and nothing was damaged. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

This is my first time booking with Kens Neat Moving and I always wanted to book with them in the past. Due to high demand They are very reliable they treated me very kind. They made my moving so much better and they are very knowledgeable on everything else like helping movers with tips in their new home. They treated my belongings as if they were theirs. They were very neat and asked me every step along the way where things were going and stuff like that. I’ve never had a move that felt this peaceful. I am in my new home now and I am filled with joy. I am so happy that I use Ken’s Neat Moving and I will use them if I have to again in the near future please guys seriously book with Ken’s Neat Moving. I have used other companies before which i wont mention, but the move was terrible. Ken’s Neat Moving and his staff made my move great.

These kind, helpful, neat and tidy gentlemen were on time, friendly, and incredibly professional. They were thorough when they asked what was possibly most fragile or challenging to move, and treated all of our belongings with care. I can’t say enough about you guys! You made moving, which is the worst, go pleasantly and smoothly. Thanks a ton guys, we’ll be calling you in the future!

Had a last minute cancellation from another company and called Ken's Neat Moving. They were able to help the next day and were slightly cheaper than the other company.
